Purchasing items of jewellery that are inserted into the body will not be returnable due to hygene issues. This does not affect your statutary rights.
Should you wish to return any item to us you must contact us before returning the item. We will not accept items such as rings or chains or bracelets where the reason for return is the item does not fit as the item will have the size and lengths in the description. If we have an item in stock and you order a different length or size there may be a difference in the price. We will inform you of this should it happen. Items specially ordered ( items ordered to your specifications such as ring sizes and lengths) will not be returnable. Again this does not effect your statutary rights.
If you make a mistake about the size and wish the ring to be altered in size please ask for an estimate as there will be a cost, you must also pay for the postage of any returned item.
Items will be accepted back if returned in the condition and packing that it was sent to the customer . Should the item be faulty and you are happy to have a replacement this will be done, However if the item is discontinued and it is repairable we will offer this option.
